The FIABCI Scholarship Foundation continues the tradition of contributing to the bright future of the real estate profession by awarding grants to four universities.

 

Disheng Lin was just awarded a Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell and hopes to return to China to contribute as China develops Real Estate Investment Trusts.

 

Katharina Johansen will soon complete her Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown where her thesis involves an examination of German Investment Funds and why they are drawn to the U.S.

 

Geoffrey M. Smith just began the graduate program at NYU and hopes to focus on global development work in emerging markets.

 

Ted Van Erp and Gerben Cazemier participated in the FIABCI Exchange Program for 3 months in Malaysia and are finishing their undergraduate work in the Netherlands.
