“Oscar of Real Estate Awards” Launches in the USA

Ruth Kruger of Aspen. CO has just returned home from Russia where the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) awarded the Prix d’ Excellence – the Oscar of Real Estate – to such international winners as the General Staff Building of the State Hermitage. In addition to winning the “Prix”, a select group of FIABCI members were treated to a private, after hours tour and ballet performance in the private auditorium within the Hermitage Museum.

 

Prix winners are selected by an international panel of real estate experts and evaluated on concept, architecture, engineering, profitability, marketing, environmental impact and benefit to society. Ruth has been recently entrusted by FIABCI-USA with establishing this prestigious award in the US. Along with the title sponsor and media partner The Wall Street Journal and sponsors the National Association of Realtors and Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Ruth is leading a team with the mission to use the US Prix awards program to raise the standard of real estate development in the US to world class including the goals of environmental sustainability and social enhancement.
